Presenter Biography: Mr. Kolpan is a plaintiff's personal injury attorney and Principal of the Law Office of Kenneth I. Kolpan, P.C., in Boston, Massachusetts. For the last thirty four years, Mr. Kolpan has concentrated his practice in the representation of individuals with traumatic brain injuries and other catastrophic injuries. He has been Co-Chairman of the North American Brain Injury Society’s Attorney Conference for the last twenty eight years. Mr. Kolpan was also on the Board of Editors of the Journal of Head Trauma Rehabilitation, and the Board of Editors of the Neurolaw Letter. He has written on traumatic brain injury and was formerly an Assistant Professor of Community Medicine and Rehabilitation Medicine at the Tufts University School of Medicine. Mr. Kolpan is a graduate of the University of Rochester and received his Juris Doctor degree from the Boston College Law School.
