Mr. Bruce H. Stern is an attorney who practices in the area of personal injury and accident law. He is a shareholder and member of the Personal Injury Group, concentrates his practice in the area of brain and spinal cord injuries, and wrongful death. In July 2004, Mr. Stern began publishing Traumatic Brain Injury Law Blog (www.braininjurylawblog.com) as away to share his knowledge in the field of brain injury law. Additionally, Mr. Stern is the author of numerousarticles and a frequent lecturer on the subject of traumatic brain injury litigation, evidence and trial techniques. Healso co-authored a book entitled Litigating Brain Injuries which is published by ThomsonWest and a chapterentitled "Brain Injuries" which is included in Association of Trial Lawyers of America’s (ATLA) Litigating TortCase Series, published by AAJ Press. Mr. Stern has been honored by his inclusion in Woodward/White's 2003-2012 Editions of The Best Lawyers inAmerica. He is listed in the sixth, seventh and thirteenth editions of Who's Who in the Law. Mr. Stern is certifiedas a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by both the New Jersey Supreme Court and the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
He earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden cum laude in 1981 and earned his B.A. in Public Policy Sciences from Duke University cum laude in 1977.
