Danielle George is a partner at the law firm of Phillips & Paolicelli, LLP specializing in birth defect litigation, product liability and traumatic brain injury litigation. As a trial attorney, Ms. George has successfully litigated cases involving pediatric and adult central nervous system injuries caused by organic malformations, automobile accidents, and construction accidents. Ms. George has also represented children suffering from prenatal, antenatal and neonatal brain damage, as well as adult patients with a history of stroke, anesthesia induced anoxic brain damage, and other central nervous system injuries. Ms. George is currently lead attorney on a product liability action involving catastrophic injuries caused by chemically induced birth defects affecting the central nervous system. With substantial prior experience in medical negligence cases, Ms. George is frequently consulted to determine whether brain injuries were caused by medical negligence versus chemical exposures or other traumatic events. Ms. George is Associate Adjunct Professor at New York University’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies, where she teaches Advanced Research, Writing and Litigation.
