Presenter Biography: Joshua L. Brothers was admitted to practice in the State of Washington and United States Federal Court in 2004. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, King County Bar Association, Academy of Special Needs Planners, Washington State and American Associations for Justice, the Arc of Washington State, Arc of King County, and the Autism Societies of America and Washington. Mr. Brothers’ practice focuses on litigation and settlement planning, the development, implementation and administration of special needs trusts and other types of trusts, estate planning, guardianship, benefits advocacy and litigation, and probate. He became a shareholder of the Dussault Law Group in Seattle, Washington, in 2008. He currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the Arc of King County and as a member of the Tyee Sports Council and the Continuing Legal Education Committee for the Washington State Association for Justice.
