NABIS thanks its conference sponsors
The North American Brain Injury Society is pleased to announce the formation of the first state affiliate of the Society, the Texas Brain Injury Society (TBIS).
TBIS has been established to promote professional awareness, understanding and dissemination of information about brain injury through education and collaborative opportunities that advance the field of brain injury in Texas.
Robert D. Voogt, Ph.D., chairman of both the North American Brain Injury Society and the International Brain Injury Association, recently concluded his visit to Cuba for the 3rd International Congress of Neurointensivism, which included clinicians and researchers from the Caribbean, Europe, Latin America and the United States.
On July 19th, 2004, Congressman William "Bill" Pascrell, (D NJ), addressed the attendees of NABIS' Professional Assembly at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Pentagon City, near Washington, DC.
