Poster Presentations at 12th Annual Conference on Brain Injury

 

Poster presenters were sent acceptance notes on February 27, 2015. 

 

Please note the following information regarding poster presentations:

Poster Size:  Posters need to fit in 4’ x 4’ space.  Please place your poster in space labeled with your abstract number.    

Poster Presentation Times:  There will be two poster sessions:  Guided Poster Tour A (Friday at 7:30am to 8:30am) and Guide Poster Tour B (Saturday at 7:30am to 8:30am).  Please be prepared to give a 3 minute short presentation on your poster and to stand near your poster during poster viewing sessions.  

Poster Session A:  Abstracts number 0001 to 0060 will present their posters during this session. 

Poster Session B:  Abstracts number 0061 to 00127 willl present their poster during this session.

Poster Session Location:  The Poster Sessions this year will take place at Westin Riverwalk. For more details, refer to http://www.nabis.org .   

Poster Set-up/Teardown:  
GUIDED POSTER TOUR A:  You can set-up starting at 5pm on Thursday, April 30, 2015 and teardown needs to be complete by 3pm on Friday.  If your poster is not taken down by correct time, your poster may be discarded.  
GUIDED POSTER TOUR B:  You can set up starting at 5pm on Friday, May 1, 2015 and teardown needs to be complete by 12pm on Saturday.  If your poster is not taken down by correct time, your poster may be discarded. 

Registration:  In order to present at the meeting and have your abstract published, you are required to register.  To register, please go to www.nabis.org and register immediately.
