Stewart Casper is a principal in the Stamford, CT law firm of Casper & de Toledo LLC. He is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and he graduated from the Hofstra University School of Law where he was a member of the Hofstra Law Review. He is a former Chairperson of AAJ’s Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group. He was the Editor-in-Chief of the TBILG Newsletter prior to assuming the Chairmanship of the TBILG. He is a member of the Legal Advisory Board for the Sarah Jane Brain Foundation.
Stewart is a Past President of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association (1996-97) and served as a member of the American Association for Justice’s Board of Governors from 2006-2015
